The BIG question every seller wants to know is: what’s my home worth?

Many factors are considered when determining the value of a home. Age, physical characteristics, level of finishes, size, number of stories, additional amenities inside and out and more things are considered by me and my team when we price properties. Usually it’s required by an appraiser that certain factors are met in order to be considered “comparable”. These include: proximity to the subject property, being within the same school district and being bordered by the same major roads or highways.

Although I’m not an appraiser, I’ve sold hundreds of homes and have taken many extra hours of education to learn how to evaluate a home’s market value. Pricing a home to sell and determining its value are related, but separate feats. PrIcing a home for sale requires taking into account the sellers goals. Once we know those, we then need to know who’s in control of the market (Episode 4).

With one phone call, I can narrow down the value of your home to within 95% of what it will sell for, before even seeing it! (option to set up a call using my calendly – calendly.com/TJMovesYou

Pro Tip

“We call it a Zestimate and not a zeppraisal and not a zeprice. It’s meant to be a starting point,” “To determine a more accurate opinion of a home’s value you should hire a real-estate agent” – Spencer Rascoff, Co-Founder, Zillow.
