At our office, we’ve been trained and certified in a Smart Home Buying Strategy. We use this system to manage the 81 unique variables that occur throughout the buying process. All of our clients are invited in for an intake interview, at our office, where they get to come in and meet with us and really tell us exactly what they want in a home. This conversation goes far beyond bedrooms and bathrooms! We’ll spend 1-2 hours with clients learning their dreams and desires, educating clients on the current market conditions and helping them understand the 81 variables.

In the past, we would show buyers 20, 30 even 50 homes. One of our clients once said, “we must’ve seen 100 homes”. While it wasn’t actually 100, looking back on that clients experience (which was before we started using this System); it was all because we didn’t start with a plan. They lost out on homes that would have been an otherwise good fit, and even backed out of a home inspection, because they hadn’t been properly prepared for what to expect when it came to the condition of their home.
